Very tasty breakfast with fast service and a beautiful view, normal

The service is very friendly. Unfortunately the food is very poor quality. Schnitzel and breaded fish from the freezer and then warmed up in the deep fryer ... The salad looks very tasty ..

Despite repeated requests, the waitress was unable to serve us the breakfast we wanted. We had both ordered a glass of orange juice to go with it, but who was supposed to get which had obviously overwhelmed her and cost her time. In the end I (man) had the champagne glass and my partner the normal glass ... When taking the order I was interrupted by her and my request for a coffee was ignored and stopped with the words “we are not that far yet”. Butter, jam and honey (basically everything from my order) were missing for our pathetic breakfast. After asking for the bill, she went back to the other table to settle the bill. When she got back to us, she asked for the full price of my non-existent breakfast. After we brought it to their attention, we got a € 2 discount. I politely explained our disapproval to her, and she then wanted to explain the bill to me for the third time. Not recommended and never to see again for breakfast there.

Six of us (3 adults, 3 children) went to the Cafe Pflanzenschauhaus today for breakfast at 10 o'clock sharp (due to the corona, they actually only open there). Nevertheless, the terrace was already well attended by mostly older people who are probably regular customers "The same as always?" The female waitress deliberately ignored us completely and only took care of the seniors, her male colleague came after almost 15 minutes with the menus and apologized that it had taken so long. He also told the kids that there is a cell phone ban in the restaurant because they interfere with his device for taking orders. The kids promptly put their cell phones away, the adults grinned at each other, knowing that it was actually a joke. The food then came very quickly and was excellent. The eggs are soft as wax in the middle, bread and rolls are fresh, the selection of cheese and sausage is sufficient. Special requests weren't a problem either. Only the three adults didn't like the coffee or latte macchiato, it was just bitter. After the meal, the table was cleared immediately, but not unfriendly, and the children were informed that they could now use their cell phones again, as the order had been completed. We then paid directly, but didn't have the feeling that they wanted to get rid of us, as some others here complain, but it was our wish to pay. We left the restaurant happy and full and will certainly come back often, at least for breakfast.

We drank coffee and ate cake there. The pot of coffee and cappuccino were good. The homemade cake was also delicious and absolutely okay for the price. The food offered at the neighboring tables looked totally delicious and the price on the menu was okay. We were happy. The service was very friendly and cleared the table quickly and re-stocked it for us. The park was well attended and the seats on the water were popular. We still got a great place. Also with 2 strollers. Everything great.

Very tasty dishes. We had the gourmet salad with grilled chicken breast and the vegetarian salad with crispy spring rolls. Fresh crisp salads, great dressing. The staff is very friendly and the prices are right too. The terrace by the pond is great too.

What a shame, we were there at 4:40 p.m. But were not allowed in because the kitchen was already closed, although officially open until 8 p.m. We're not going there anymore.

The ready-made ravioli for almost € 10 still literally swam in the pasta water and they weren't through. The cake didn't taste particularly good either. After all, the service was friendly.

During the winter lights dream illuminations, we ate here in the thickest hustle and bustle. The waitress was super friendly (as were the other two we talked about earlier about a table), although there was a lot going on and she really had her hands full. All ordered things were served quickly. The burgers were top notch and we will definitely be back.

Very bad service. We were really driven from the table after eating although we actually wanted an ice cream. According to the host, the table would have been reserved. I wanted to make a reservation the day before because I heard that no reservations were made during the winter lights. The ice cream was probably too little sales for him. He had made the main turnover with us. When we then waited for the bill and therefore stayed seated, the landlord also whistled that we should clear the table for the new guests. That was the crowning conclusion. Not again !!

The cappuccino was very good. However, you don't get a croissant or a pretzel here, which shouldn't be for a cafe in the Luisenpark. Because of the below-average offer, only a below-average rating.

We went to this coffee with toddlers for the meal in early January. It wasn't too busy and we could easily find a place in a cozy corner where our stroller fit. The selection of the dishes was good, the quality was absolutely fine. The service was nice and attentive, and was happy to make changes to the spaetzle for our son. The prices are a bit high (13-14 € for a burger). We will be happy to come back here on our next visit.

Food and service at the bottom. The pasta with tomato sauce was inedible. On our complaint, it was said that it was Italian sauce, it was not discussed further and we had to pay for the food. Never again.

Have breakfast, was delicious. Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Prices are ok, child-friendly with changing facilities and children's toilet. Stroller friendly.

Enjoyment with a view of the lily pond 👍 Delicious salad plate, friendly and served very quickly, at a very reasonable price. Perfect completion of a visit to Luisenpark 😊.

It was really underground! I'm not a friend of making someone in portals so bad. But it is also important to address such grievances. We waited a long time until we were even served. Then the service was reasonably friendly. At 3 dishes in a row we chose that she said that does not taste anyway. The breaded fish is full of Panate and is full of fat. Nevertheless, we decided on the fish and pork loin with spaetzle and pepper cream sauce. This dish was cold and inedible! The spaetzle cold and hard. The sauce was so firm and cold that it stood like jelly on the meat. The meat was dry, cold and tasted funny. When I called the waitress and told her about the situation, she said that when I was carrying out I saw that it was cold and did not taste good. She then brought us a second fish. After my complaint, the cook came out of the kitchen and wanted to kill me from afar with his eyes. Such a nice cafe, great park and nice ambience ....... you can also make mistakes. But there is a lot going wrong, as you can see in the many bad reviews here!

This fish sucks.Even McDonalds in Germany is better. We had to we wait for your food 3 times. Fish was frozen too.Sorry but it was just bad do stop.

Somewhat dated restaurant. The service was very fast and friendly with us. The food was good, with a burger the bread was too much toasted (was already black). The fries, however, would have liked to be fried a little longer. At full occupancy it is quite loud indoors. Priced okay, the portion size is good. There is a large selection of dessert as well as cakes.

Pathetic rude service. Slow. Unfriendly. Slow to attend to the tables.

Very expensive. No value for money. Almost no chicken in the Gourmetsalat.

Slow staff. High price. Uncomfortable (too many tables). Good view.

The service was ok and the food would have been good, but unfortunately it was not very warm with us all. With the prices, the food could at least be hot.
